No Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within the first 14 days after you receive your order. Exchanges are valid under the following conditions:
- The nails must be in their original, unused condition.
- The exchange is for size or design discrepancies only.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at azurepressonnails@gmail.com with your order details and a brief explanation of your request.
Damaged Product Returns
If your press-on nails arrive damaged or broken, please email us at azurepressonnails@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
