Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
For US Domestic Shipping, the shipping time is from 3-5 business days after fulfillment. Preparation time for fulfillment is 1-2 business days.
For International Shipping, the shipping time is from 5-10 business days after fulfillment. Preparation time for fulfillment is 1-2 business days.
Do we Ship Overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $99+ for international orders.
Return and Exchange Policy
No Returns Policy
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our press-on nails, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within the first 14 days after you receive your order. Exchanges are valid under the following conditions:
- The nails must be in their original, unused condition.
- The exchange is for size or design discrepancies only.

Damaged Product Returns
If your press-on nails arrive damaged or broken, please email us at azurepressonnails@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
